Evil EyE Photography has just finished work on promo shots for Industrial Grindcore Innovators 'The Berzerker'. The shots of drummer Tod Hanson were taken on the 2nd of July 2008 at the Berzerkers 'controversial' appearance in the Canden Underworld, London. They will appear as part of a wider press campaign to promote the band and its eagerly anticipated new album 'The Reawakening' (Produced by Extreme Music Specialist, Russ Russell) due for global release on 1st September 2008. Tod Hanson is truely one of the sickest technically gifted drummers of our time and can hit punishing speeds of about 310bpm comfortably. Children Of Bodom

Evil EyE has finished press and promo shots for Children Of Bodom which coincided with the bands first appearance at this years Download Festival on the 15th June 2008 and also their triumphant performance at the Metal Hammer Awards Show on the 16th June 2008. Singer Alexi Laiho also picked up the award for 'Best Shredder'. Evil EyE Photography is privileged to continue its great working relationship with Spinefarm Records by providing visual representation to various artists on their roster. Children of Bodom are currently getting ready to embark on a headline tour of the U.S. this September with support from The Buried And Me.

Tarja Turunen

The former Nightwish singer and current multi platnum selling solo artist made a surprise appearance for her fans at the Download Festival 2008. Tarja was on hand to meet and greet her UK fans for an intimate signing session at the Kerrang tent onsite on Sunday the 15th June 2008. Evil EyE Photography was on hand to document the signing session on behalf of Spinefarm Records. Tarja is currently working on new material for the followup to her award winning debut album 'My Winter Storm'.

CHILDREN OF BODOM

On the 9th June 2008 the 'Hellhounds On My Trail' EP was released by Spinefarm Records. Evil EyE Photography worked on the Inlay of the EP following an all day promo shoot with the band culminating in a sold out performance at the Astoria on 8th March 2008 to celebrate the arrival of Spinefarm Records to the UK.

NAPALM DEATH

Unquestionably the most influential band in extreme music’s ferocious history.” Albert Mudrian, the author of Choosing Death: The Improbable History Of Death Metal & Grindcore. Established in 1982, Napalm Death is at the forefront of grindcore and have defined the genre of music for those who followed. Mitch joined the band in 1989. They have just finished up a tour of South America and head off to Russia in November.
Mitch has been using the Kahler 2300 for years of which Mitch says “What I really love about Kahler is that it always stays in tune after a proper thrashing.” We are proud to hear of Mitch’s comments and honored to have him as part of the Kahler family.

ORANGE GOBLIN

Orange Goblin are set to release a 12" version of their latest album "Healing Through Fire" in November 2007 through Sanctuary Records. Evil EyE Photography worked on the inlay for this album in August 2007 primarily using photos taken during Orange Goblins performance on the Dimebag Darrell stage at the Download Festival on the 15th June 2007. Evil EyE Photography is honoured to have such an influential and inspiring stoner heavyweight on its roster.
